One More Family Picnic… Before Time Slips Away

For as long as I can remember, Mama Panda and Papa Panda always found peace in the outdoors. After long work weeks, responsibilities, and the stresses of everyday life, they would pack up the camping gear, load up the family, and head for the mountains. It wasn’t about luxury or expensive vacations—it was about slowing down, breathing fresh mountain air, and spending time together. Those trips became some of my favorite childhood memories. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve come to realize they weren’t just taking us camping. They were teaching us something much greater. That life isn’t only about work. That peace can be found beneath the trees. That conversations around a campfire are worth more than almost anything money can buy. This family picnic reminded me of those days. It reminded me that time moves quickly, and the moments we share with the people we love become our greatest treasures.
