Nicole's GLP1 Journey- Liraglutide Semaglutide to Tirzepatide

Today, we’re talking with Nicole about her real-life GLP-1 journey and the lessons she has learned along the way. Nicole began with liraglutide before searching for a more affordable option and transitioning to semaglutide through an online provider. She has since moved to tirzepatide and is continuing to work toward her health goals. So far, she has lost 50 pounds, but as she says, she is not done yet! Nicole is also a special education teacher, which means her routine changes dramatically when summer ends and the school year begins. She shares how those schedule changes affect her nutrition, habits, and progress, plus what she has learned from using three different GLP-1 medications. In this conversation, we discuss affordability, changing medications, managing expectations, adapting to a demanding schedule, and why every GLP-1 journey looks different.
