Rezept: Rhabarber - Ingwer - Konfitüre

Hello dear friends, welcome to Kalinka's Kitchen! Rhubarb season is quite short, so we have to make the most of it and prepare lots of delicious rhubarb treats. One of them is jam. And today I'm making delicious rhubarb and ginger jam. Depending on the sweetness of the rhubarb, you can also use a little less sugar than a 1:1 ratio. Enjoy! INGREDIENTS: 1 kg rhubarb (prepared) 1 kg sugar (you can also use less) 1 packet Gelfix 1:1 10-20 g ginger (peeled and finely diced) DONE! ...
