Shoulder Pain Rehabilitation for Athletes: Part 1 - Closed Chain Exercises
Some of my favorite rehabilitation exercises for rehabbing athletes back to closed chain activities (hand stands, handstand push ups, handstand walking, advanced pushup variations). I use these a lot with my crossfit athletes looking to get back in action. Do not try and treat yourself. Always see a physician before attempting any of these exercises. I've made this video to help other rehab professionals choose appropriate exercises for their patients.
