The BEST Place for a Walk You NEED to See This! 85 miles solo in Picos De Europa

I set out to hike 85 miles solo through Picos de Europa in northern Spain — one of Europe's most spectacular and underrated mountain ranges. Over 6 days I wild camped every night under clear skies, crossing dramatic limestone massifs, deep gorges, and remote valleys with barely another soul around. The terrain was relentlessly rocky and far tougher underfoot than I expected — this is not a comfortable trail. Navigation was genuinely challenging in places, with routes that disappear into boulder fields and ridgelines that demand constant attention. Add serious elevation gain throughout and some days were absolutely grueling. The weather held perfectly the entire trip — something I genuinely didn't expect — which made the whole experience feel almost too good to be true. Good conditions were the one thing that went entirely in my favor.
