Lionel is a vine, wolf, and shellfish farmer. Originally from the Gard region, he settled in the town of Vic-la-Gardiole in 1996. After completing a BTS (Higher National Diploma) in Aquatic Marketing and Production, he trained in viticulture and set up his own winegrower business.
