Lionel is a vine, wolf, and shellfish farmer. Originally from the Gard region, he settled in the town of Vic-la-Gardiole in 1996. After completing a BTS (Higher National Diploma) in Aquatic Marketing and Production, he trained in viticulture and set up his own winegrower business. Lionel is also a shellfish farmer on the Thau lagoon and has been developing fish farming since 2000. Useful Links Lionel Monnier Lionel breeds grapes, sea bass, and shellfish.
