In this hands-on workshop, we walk through the essential process of workforce assignment and timesheet verification inside SAP S/4HANA Cloud. Aligning completely with the Clean Core philosophy and Fit-to-Standard methodology, this process relies entirely on standard SAP apps to maintain full master data integrity without custom "Z" tables. Workforce Management: We begin in the Manage Workforce app, where we update a worker's profile (Mickaël Quesnot). We troubleshoot date overlap issues while attempting a Global Assignment and solve them by properly configuring a Concurrent Employment work agreement. We then link it to the target Company Code (CSTB) and its correct cost center. Project Staffing Validation: Next, we switch over to the Project Control - Enterprise Projects app to inspect our target project, Projet Bâtiment Bas Carbone 2030 (CSTB_00001). Here, we verify the planned resource requests and validate our cross-app alignment. Timesheet Entry & Verification: Finally, we simulate the end-user experience inside Manage My Timesheet.
