🇨🇳 "Drunk Drunk Goose?" China's Greatest Foods (Guilin, China)

One of THE Ultimate Chinese menu items, "Drunk Goose" originates in GuangZhou. Visiting this province in April of 2023, traveling with only three people, I have to admit that we didn't feel up to the challenge of eating an ENTIRE Goose with all the sides... so we were saving it for later. NOW that we are back in China, teamwork is making the dream work (ok, family can be like a team sometimes, especially when it comes to a mission such as this!), its time for "Drunk Goose!" Alcohol fuel, including every part of the duck (including blood), this dish is truly a masterpiece. Although its been years since the first time having it, when thinking of Epic Mealtime Dinners IN China, this potential meal has never been far from my mind. So! We're in Guilin, the goose is on its way.
