Day 3 – 2026 Specialized Positive Peace Training Workshop

ABOUT COURSE: This meeting was a training session focused on collaboration, stakeholder mapping, and monitoring and evaluation for Rotary peacebuilding projects. The session was led by Assistant Governor Emeka Ilebunam and PAG Charles Essen, who covered key concepts including the RACI matrix for project accountability, the five pillars of effective collaboration (shared purpose, clarity of roles, trust, open communication, and accountability), and the importance of monitoring and evaluation in demonstrating project impact. The facilitators walked participants through the process of uploading projects to the Rotary Service Project Center, emphasizing how this platform helps showcase club activities globally and attract potential partners and donors. Several participants asked questions about uploading global grant projects and searching for existing projects on the platform, with the facilitators providing guidance on the proper procedures and differences between the Grant Center and Service Project Center.
