A Perfect Ending for your Pilates Workout: The Wall
One of the first ending series you may learn as a Pilates student, the exercises done at the Wall are simple, demanding and effective. They're great for everyone and they work well as an in-between-clients quickie workout for teachers as well. We'll look at the standard 3 exercises: Circles, Roll Down and Squats (Skiing) plus another one that's amazing. Then we'll go coo-coo and do it on one leg :) Thank you so much for watching!
