At nightfall, I heard the wolves’ howls in the forest for the first time. It was a difficult moment, but it passed quickly. It’s the first time I’ve ever heard such a thing—perhaps they sensed the smell of food and that attracted them. In the morning, I started working on the little house for the animals, which will soon be ready, and they will have more space. After all that work, I cooked something nice for myself. Once I had eaten, I took a peaceful nap together with my cat. After we rested a little, I cooked something tasty for them as well, and then I continued with the work again.
