Welcome back to the channel you guys, today we are covering Mexican Mafia Boss Michael "Mosca" Torres who quite frankly is one of the most powerful gang leaders I have ever read about. Torres got his start decades ago in the San Fernando Valley in a gang known as the "San Fer Gang" and from there the stakes only got higher. "La eMe" came calling for "Mosca" while doing time at Pelican Bay in the early 1990's and it was actually Luis "Huero Buff" Flores one of the original founders of the Mexican Mafia who was his sponsor for gang membership at Pelican Bay in 1994.
