The following year, my younger brother committed suicide. My daughter fell unconscious when she was in fifth grade (she has since recovered). My father passed away, estranged from me, his daughter, and my granddaughter. After years of discord with my mother, who suffers from developmental disabilities, I now enjoy a peaceful and happy life free of the conflicts of the past. "Rock Bottom Period" Continuing grief and shock... Depression, depersonalization, various physical ailments, vague symptoms... My whole body was going haywire, and my mental health was at its worst. I visited a psychosomatic clinic and a psychiatrist, and tried various medications. Perhaps the medication was to blame for my depersonalization. That triggered me to take anti-anxiety medication for about 18 years. I also took the sleeping pill Myslee at the same time. I tapered and then stopped taking them over the last three years of 2018. Diagnosis and surgery for brain tumor and cervical cancer. Ménière's disease caused by hearing loss in my right ear.
