As first-generation students enter higher education they are faced with the challenge of learning and successfully navigating their institution. Chatbot technology can be leveraged by universities to meet the needs of students and in a way that is familiar to them. Join this session to discover the process of developing and launching a chatbot campus-wide, the key factors needed to engage with chatbot vendors, and potential pitfalls.
