How Colleges and Universities Communicate with Vulnerable Students Through Their Websites
The COVID-19 pandemic presents a prevailing question, how might institutions support first-generation students when in-person interactions are limited? How does a move to remote support services look for post-secondary institutions? How can existing communication intended for first generation students be analyzed and/or overhauled?
