SLOW Crank...& Parasitic Draw? ('91 GMC Jimmy 4x4)

Hey it's another GM "Time Machine"! Owner is trying to get his 1991 GMC Jimmy 4x4 back on the road. His main concern is that the engine is VERY reluctant to CRANK over. Sometimes he has to bump the key 5 times in a row for the starter to actually turn the crankshaft! Obviously the BATTERY and STARTER have been replaced several times ... Also, he said that if it sits for a week, the battery goes dead. How many issues are we dealing with?? Let's start with a simple BATTERY CAPACITY and LOAD test, and go from there.
