Reading the Bible for the First Time Made me Catholic

When I was a baptist I did read the bible, however I didn't read it honestly. Often times I needed to read it guarded, understanding that it would challenge my faith in a way I wish it wouldnt. I finally gave in, and began simply believing scripture, and paying close attention. little did I know that doing that would turn my catholic.
