Deep Snow, Warm Van | First Snow of the Season

The first snow of the season came early — and it was a deep one. ❄️ With temps dropping to 19°, I found myself snowed in, but thankfully my van stayed cozy and warm. To celebrate the season, I made a pot of my favorite fall chili — with a little twist: pumpkin squash added in for extra comfort (and it might just be my best chili yet!). The next morning, cinnamon rolls, coffee, and a quiet snowfall made for the perfect slow start.
