Hello everyone. Today I brought you a special cake for Mother's Day. I made this cake with brigadeiro (a type of brigadeiro made with milk powder) and chocolate mousse filling. This cake yields 35 slices. 🔴 Cake batter: ➡️6 large eggs ➡️1 1/2 cups sugar (266g) ➡️3 cups all-purpose flour (360g) ➡️1 cup water or milk at room temperature (240ml) ➡️1 tablespoon baking powder ⭕Cup used: 240ml ⭕Pan used: No. 3 ⭕Oven at 180 degrees ⭕Oven time: 40 minutes, depending on the oven 🔴 Ninho milk filling: ➡️2 cans of condensed milk (395g each) ➡️2 cans of heavy cream (200g each) ➡️6 tablespoons powdered milk ➡️1 tablespoon butter or margarine 🔴Chocolate Mousse ➡️200g chocolate ➡️100g heavy cream (half a can) ➡️1 cup chilled whipped cream ⭕Note: As I mentioned in the video, I made a small amount of chocolate mousse for a very thin layer of filling. If you want a thicker layer, just double the recipe. 🔴 Syrup: 350ml water and 200g sweetened condensed milk 🔴 Decorating Topping: 700ml whipped cream (total) 🔴 Red Gel Food Color: I used Iceberg 🔴 Decorating Tips: ➡️For the sides of the cake: Wilton 2B serrated tip ➡️For the roses: Wilton 2D tip ➡️For the cherries: 1M 🔴 Final cake weight: 3.403kg (without the pan) ⭕I really hope you enjoyed it See you in the next video ❤
