Everyone we met was kind, warm, and energetic! As the saying goes, "Even the soil of Noto is gentle," and this trip made me realize that the greatest charm of Noto is its "people." And I want everyone to know and feel the charm of Noto! With that in mind, we're launching the "Suzu BOX" in collaboration with Suzu City! ✨ This set includes three types of rice personally selected by Aki after taste-testing, and "Nodoguro Dashi Salt," a blend of Noto sea salt and Nodoguro dashi (blackthroat seaperch) broth. 🌾🐟 It's delicious when freshly cooked, of course, but it's also incredibly tasty when cooled! ! These rice balls, seasoned with a rich dashi salt flavor from blackthroat seaperch, are so delicious you could eat them all day!
