【野菜たっぷり】平日がラクになる!簡単・時短の晩ごはんおかず4品

Today's "Mom's Kitchen" features four perfect side dishes for dinner. In addition to classic carrots and turnips, we'll introduce easy recipes using vegetables you often see at the supermarket but might not know how to use, such as tatsoi and Brussels sprouts. These are all delicious dishes you won't be able to stop eating! 🍚 We hope you'll use them as inspiration for tonight's menu! ✨ ▼Details for each recipe are below --- Dish 1: Pickled Red Turnips in Yuzu Vinegar Ingredients Red turnip: 1/2 Sushi vinegar: enough to completely cover the turnip Recipe 1. Roughly chop the red turnip. 2. Place the turnip and sushi vinegar in a Ziploc bag and let it sit for about 2 days. Done! Item 2: Grilled Carrots and Brussels Sprouts with Cheese Ingredients 4 carrots with leaves 6 Brussels sprouts Olive oil (to taste) Salt (to taste) Parmesan cheese (to taste) Pepper (to taste) Recipe 1. Cut off the leaves from the carrots. 2. Cut the carrots in half lengthwise. 3. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half as well. 4. Add olive oil to a heated frying pan. 5. Add the carrots, cover, and leave for a while. 6. Once the carrots are browned, add the Brussels sprouts. 7. Once the Brussels sprouts are cooked through, sprinkle with salt. 8. Serve on a plate, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pepper, and it's done! Item 2.5: Carrot Leaf Furikake Ingredients Carrot leaves (to taste) Ground sesame seeds (to taste) Bonito flakes (to taste) Cod roe (to taste) Recipe 1. Finely chop the carrot leaves. 2. Heat sesame oil in a pan. 3. Add the leaves, ground sesame seeds, and bonito flakes and stir-fry. 4. Add the cod roe and stir until well combined. Done! Item 3: Stir-fried Tatsoi and Pork Belly with Oyster Sauce Ingredients Tatsoi: 1/2 head Pork Belly: 200g Oyster Sauce: 1 tablespoon Recipe 1. Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces. 2. Add the pork to a heated frying pan without oil. 3. Cut off the roots of the tatsoi and separate the leaves. 4. Once the pork belly is cooked, add the tatsoi. 5. Cover and cook for a while. 6. Once the tatsoi has softened, caramelize the oyster sauce around the edge of the pan. 7. Stir in the caramelized oyster sauce over high heat and it's done! Item 4: Teriyaki Swordfish with Green Onions and Ginger Ingredients Swordfish: 3 slices Potato starch: appropriate amount Sesame oil: appropriate amount Ginger: 1 piece Green onion: 1/2 Sake: 1 tablespoon Mirin: 1 tablespoon White dashi: 1/2 tablespoon Water: 2 tablespoons Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons Recipe 1. Coat the swordfish with potato starch. 2. Cut the green onion into 3cm pieces. 3. Add sesame oil to a heated frying pan. 4. Thinly slice the ginger and sauté it in the frying pan. 5. Once fragrant, add the green onion and swordfish. 6. Cover and brown the fish. 7. Once browned, add sake, mirin, white dashi, and water and steam-fry. 8. After about 4 minutes, drizzle soy sauce over the fish. 9. Once the soy sauce has caramelized, it's done!
