El coche de las cuatro ruedas directrices mecánicas: Honda Prelude 4WS [#USPI - #POWERART] S13-E22

Find your Prelude on Wallapop https://bit.ly/4aZ3RWy Honda doing "Honda-isms" is the best thing that can happen to us car enthusiasts. In the case of the third-generation Prelude, it hides a story very typical of the Japanese automaker: The engineer responsible for Honda's first Formula 1 chassis went on to work in the company's R&D department developing road cars. There, he created a four-wheel steering system to improve urban agility and highway safety in the 1970s. This ingenious system didn't see the light of day until it was applied to this Prelude, just months before other manufacturers, also Japanese, launched four-wheel steering systems, albeit quite different in design. For all these reasons, the Prelude 4WS became a commercial milestone. But the car was much more than its steering system; it was an incredibly lightweight GT, with superb outward visibility and unquestionable build quality and solidity, as this example demonstrates. A car that deserved its turn at PowerArt a long time ago, without a doubt.
