Beginning his closing speech, Uya emphasized PAN Jakarta's future goals. "God willing, PAN Jakarta will be in the top three. Everything is for the party, nothing is for personal gain," Uya said. He then conveyed that he considered PAN a good fit for Jakarta. Uya then included several puns containing the word "PAN" and related it to various things familiar to Jakartans. "PAN is perfect for Jakarta, Mr. Governor. It's proven, Jakarta residents need PAN. If Jakarta residents want to look good, they'll use pantun," he said, drawing laughter from the audience. He continued with other wordplay, starting with "pancong" when discussing food, "Pancoran" when referring to areas in South Jakarta, and "pantai" and "Dufan" when talking about recreation areas. At the end of his joke, Uya also mentioned the name of Jakarta Governor, Pramono Anung. "If Jakarta had a PAN governor, his name would be Mr. Pan Nomo," Uya said, drawing further laughter from the audience.
