I was invited to come to India because I was bored, so I decided on a spontaneous trip to Kolkata, India. I only had 48 hours! I ate, ate, and ate! ▼Restaurants and What I Ate ①ZAMZAM ・Mutton Biryani 490 yen ・Special Beef Biryani 410 yen Excellent value for money. Large portions and delicious. You can even try the rare beef biryani. ②Indian Coffee House ・Black Coffee 40 yen ・Fish Fry 210 yen Great atmosphere. Relaxing atmosphere. A rare source of black coffee. ③Royal Indian Hotel ・Mutton Biryani 700 yen ・Mutton Chap 670 yen Awesome. Their biryani is the best in the world. I recommend the chicken chap over the mutton! ④ Dada Boudi Hotel Mutton Biryani ¥700 Chicken Chap ¥380 Sweet Corn Soup (Non-Veg) ¥270 A local favorite. Be careful, it's quite far from the city center. The chicken chap was a rich, nutty curry, similar to chicken masala. ⑤ Arsalan Restaurant & Caterer - Park Circus Mutton Biryani ¥800 Chicken Chap ¥630 Recommended by my wife. Delicious! The accompanying achar was amazing. We also had street chai and street curry for breakfast. I'll introduce them in a short video later. ▼ Hotel I Stayed At: The Harrington Residency It was great. The rooms were spacious and the space was elegant.
