(ASL translation) Universal Health Plan Focus Group Follow Up Email

Thank you for registering for the Universal Health Plan Governance Board focus group for Persons who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing. Unfortunately, we have received a number of spam registrations. Because registration is limited, we want to ensure that people from the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community can participate. To participate, you must respond to two questions by Tuesday, May 29th at 9:00 AM. Please respond to this email with your answers. If we do not hear from you by Tuesday at 9:00 AM, we will remove you from the registrant list. The questions are: 1) What is your hearing identity? 2) Do you have any other accommodations you need other than an ASL interpreter and a captioner? (Yes or No. If yes, please share.) Note: There is no compensation for participating in this focus group. Thank you.
