Preparing for a Heatwave with Strawberry Sauce & Ice Cream!

Welcome back to Welsh Farmhouse Garden. This week I take you on a peaceful walk around the paddock as I share why I started making these gardening videos, what keeps me inspired, and why your support means so much. I'd also love to hear what you would like to see more of on the channel. Back in the garden, I prepare the polytunnel for the coming heatwave by installing shade netting, pick some beautiful summer flowers and show how I preserve them using a flower press, before explaining our long-standing struggle with low water pressure and revealing the new water tank and pump that will make watering the garden so much easier. To finish, we harvest fresh strawberries, freeze some for later, and make a simple homemade strawberry sauce that's perfect poured over ice cream. Thank you for watching and for being part of this growing community. I'd love to hear from you in the comments: 🌿 Why do you watch Welsh Farmhouse Garden? 🌿 What would you like to see more of in future videos?
