I Saved Money, Pruned My Roses & Made a Delicious Crumble!

Welcome back to Welsh Farmhouse Garden, where simple gardening, farmhouse living and creative ideas come together here in beautiful West Wales. In today's video we're making the most of what we already have instead of buying new. 🍓 Making a delicious homemade strawberry, rhubarb and chocolate chip crumble using fresh ingredients from the garden. 🌱 Harvesting our onions and garlic before curing them on an old shoe rack in the polytunnel. 🌹 Pruning our roses using the simple five-leaf method to encourage healthy new growth and more flowers. 🥬 Cooking freshly harvested beetroot. 🍈 Reusing an old clothes drying frame as a support for our climbing melon plants. 🎨 Transforming a scrap piece of wood into beautiful farmhouse wall art using decoupage. If you enjoy gentle gardening, growing your own food, farmhouse cooking, upcycling, simple DIY ideas and peaceful countryside life, I'd love to have you along for the journey.
