Hiking the GR221 Ruta de Pedra en Sec | Majorca | October 2023 | 4 Days | Serra de Tramuntana

On 30th September 2023 my friend Ashley and I travelled to Majorca to hike the Ruta de Pedra en Sec (Dry stone route) traversing Mallorca's Serra de Tramuntana between Port d’Andratx and Port de Pollença for 4 days. The GR221, a 140km (87 mile) long-distance trail through north western Mallorca is a celebration of Mallorca's limestone heritage, taking in many historic drystone structures as it traverses the rocky peaks of the Serra de Tramuntana.
