Super saison - glass to grain - ricetta e assaggio

Summer has come and as always I made a saison to take advantage of the higher fermentation temperatures it needs. This time, unlike the last #saison (which you can find here:    • La stagione della Saison - Videoricetta  ) I got an OG of 1,066 which, with the high attenuation, led me to have a Saison in the "Super" category of BJCP.
