The best natural haircare routine to grow long wavy hair

In last week’s video I showed you all my hair transformations over the years. I have been color dyeing, bleaching and heat styling my hair a lot in my teens. When I turned 22 I got dreads in my hair that I eventually brushed out. After such damaging hair routines, 3,5 years ago I decided to make a change. To embrace and nourish my natural being. Internally, but also externally. In this video I will focus on my current external natural haircare routine. What natural, eco-friendly haircare products and tools am I using? How do I apply them? And what other practices do I have to protect and nourish my hair so it can grow wavy and long. I have a 2A wave pattern and quite thin hair. My hair is not bleached or colored. The bottom 15 cm has been in dreads untill I combed them out, the rest is new natural growth.
