This week we haul home a 1970 International Harvester 1100D pickup that was once someone’s prized gem. She had a strong start, but after overheating, she got parked. The feller went all out—had the engine rebuilt, bored, punched, and machined. Not only that, he bought brand new whitewalls and loaded up boxes of fresh parts. The motor even made it back into place, but like most projects, life got in the way and the dream stalled. She sat forgotten for years… until now. We scooped up this old girl to save her, and with her one-of-a-kind patina, she deserves to cruise the streets again. But first things first—let’s see if we can wake this beast up after her long nap.
