The roofers accidentally put their feet through the ceiling twice, punching two large holes that needed repair. This episode also includes a trip to a local supplier to choose the new roof tiles, paying a squatter to move out of the property, and a visit from an inspector who evaluates the structural integrity of the house before I plan additional work.
