Bowhunting Africa has always been a dream of mine so when Jaco Espach of Red Dirt Safaris reached out about spending some time in the bush, camping and stalking African Plain's game with a stick bow, I jumped at the opportunity. This week we're after spot and stalk Kudu, aka, the Grey Ghost. They're big, fast, and elusive but with Jaco's help we'll see if we can get close enough to arrow one with my osage self bow. After the hunt we'll make up some traditional South African biltong and put together a catch and cook over the campfire.
