The answer is it's quite amazing. Certainly way better than I thought and this was in a week where there was a Dodge Ram - the ultimate tow truck - getting driven around here too. It's unusual for me to even look at a 2wd vehicle but this was part of the selection process for me - as in, could I handle driving two wheel drive again as an everyday touring and adventure car. The answer is no - I loved driving the MuX and the 2wd version has plenty of advantages including a terrific turning circle but as a PERSONAL choice, I'm too used to 4wd to be able to go back now. As long as there's a dirt track and a mud puddle, I don't want to think I can't go there!
