| Pre Restoration | 1994 National 56" Industrial Ceiling Fan

Another big restoration project awaits! Yes, I got another fan which I can't yet use(well I can, but it just won't look good in my room as it's way too big). Looking at the bright side, my childhood dream of owning one of these National 56" industrial ceiling fans has finally come true. Times 4 even! This fan will surely be one of the hardest restoration job I've ever worked on, but as I've said in the video, I will definitely enjoy every second of it. I've seen National ceiling fans in worse condition than mine, and those I will probably pass as things I can scrap. But I'll save this one. The motor growls really loud when you switch it to high. I have no idea yet what's causing that horrible sound. The rust on the blades have weakened the metal sheet quite a bit, and the blade bends relatively easily.
