If you're new to using weight-vests make sure you use it in increments as you get used to it (more info below). Remember this is your workout....changes things up as you need to! Improved Strength and Endurance: The added resistance challenges your muscles, especially in your legs, back and core, helping improve muscular strength and endurance over time. 2.
