35-Minute Fat Burning Incline Walk | 2 Min Fast + 2 Min Slow Intervals

Today’s workout is a 35-Minute Incline Walk featuring 2 minutes fast + 2 minutes of slower intervals to help you build endurance, challenge your legs, and keep your treadmill time effective and engaging. We’ll begin with a 5-minute warm-up at incline 0 so you can ease in and get ready for the workout ahead. Then we’ll climb from incline 1 to 7, spending 4 minutes at each incline with a simple interval structure: 2 minutes slow + 2 minutes fast. At the end, we’ll finish with a quick 2-minute challenge for one last push! This workout is a great way to: ✔ build cardiovascular endurance ✔ strengthen your legs and glutes ✔ increase intensity without needing a full running workout ✔ support fat burning with incline and pace changes ✔ improve walking stamina in a structured, low-impact way The slower intervals give you time to recover and stay in control, while the faster intervals help elevate your heart rate and push your endurance.
