Gerçek Portakaldan Sabun Yapmak Mantıklı mı?(Is It Logical to Make Soap From Real Oranges?)
In this video, we're demonstrating the production of a natural soap using saffron and orange peel. We're covering the process not just as a practical recipe, but also with the underlying formulation logic. During the soap production phase, the oil phase was carefully prepared, the caustic soda solution was mixed in a controlled manner, and a magnetic stirrer was used to achieve a homogeneous structure. After reaching the trace stage, saffron and dried orange peel were added, giving the soap both natural ingredients and a characteristic structure. After production was complete, the soap's pH was tested and found to be approximately pH 9. Furthermore, the foam structure was analyzed under a microscope to examine the soap's foaming performance more closely. The varying sizes of foam bubbles showed that the soap both produced foam quickly and had a stable foam structure. This video is not just a recipe; it's a laboratory study aimed at understanding the logic behind soap production, the behavior of raw materials, and the production process. This may indicate that the soap formulation is homogeneously mixed and that the oil-caustic reaction is balanced. 2️⃣ Bubbles of different sizes are observed. Large bubbles may indicate that the soap forms foam quickly, while small bubbles may indicate that the foam is more stable. 3️⃣ In some areas, very small bubbles are seen to be densely clustered. This structure generally points to a creamy and dense foam character. 4️⃣ The smooth and clear nature of the bubble walls is noteworthy. This suggests that the soap structure is balanced and that the foam stability may be good. 5️⃣ The foam structure shows a homogeneous distribution. This may indicate that the oil ratios in the formula are well balanced. 6️⃣ A regular network structure appears to have formed between the foam cells. This structure may indicate that the soap can maintain its lather for a long time when it comes into contact with water. 7️⃣ The general microscopic view suggests that the soap has good lathering performance. This type of balanced bubble structure is usually seen in well-formulated soaps. #soapmaking #naturalsoap #soapmaking #saffronsoap #orangecpeelsoap #laboratoryformulas #cosmeticformulation #handmadesoap #soapproduction #dribrahimsayki
