I’ll cover everything from how to prepare the lye with goat milk for the creamiest result, to achieving the perfect trace for swirling, and finally, executing the drop-swirl motion to create this amazing pattern. Goat milk is fantastic for smooth and creamy feeling, and the coffee provides a wonderful, natural color for swirling. RECIPE: Oils and Butters: 🫘 Castor Oil (25 g) 🥥 Coconut Oil (200 g) 🧈 Cocoa Butter (90 g) 🫒 Olive Oil (210 g) 🍇 Grapeseed Oil (75 g) Lye Solution: ⚗️ 87 g NaOH (Sodium Hydroxide)* dissolved in 87 g distilled water 🥛 75 g Goat Milk Additives: 12 g sodium citrate added to the goat milk (forgot to include this step in the video) 1 tbsp (around 15 g) sodium lactate Super fat: 5% Important Note: Always handle sodium hydroxide with extreme care. Wear protective gear, including gloves, goggles, and long-sleeved clothing. Work in a well-ventilated area and follow all safety guidelines.
