Daily Lymphatic Drainage | Yoga for Digestion & Energy

Support your lymphatic system, improve digestion and wake up your whole body in 15 minutes. This routine uses joint rotations from the ankles all the way up through the body, followed by soft stretching and breathing to encourage healthy movement and circulation. Unlike your heart, the lymphatic system doesn’t have its own pump. Instead, it relies on muscle contractions, breathing and movement to help move lymph around the body. That’s why this practice begins by activating the calves and ankles before gradually working upwards. Every movement helps, but gentle joint rotations are a great place to start, as many lymph nodes are clustered around our major joints. We’ll finish with: ✨ Hip-opening stretches ✨ Gentle spinal mobility ✨ Deep diaphragmatic breathing to encourage movement through the thoracic duct, the body’s main lymphatic vessel. This is my go-to routine when I don’t have time for a longer practice but still want to feel refreshed, less stiff and ready for the day. Perfect if you: 🌿 Want a gentle morning routine 🌿 Sit at a desk for long periods 🌿 Feel stiff or sluggish 🌿 Want to support healthy digestion 🌿 Are looking for a calming, beginner-friendly movement practice If you enjoyed this practice, I’d love to have you subscribe for more movement routines every week.
