Heyyy guysss! I’ve spent a lot of time lately thinking about why I choose the clothes I do, and cane to the realisation that i use them to not only hide my body but also my skin tone... In today’s episode, I talk a little about this which i may go deeper into at a later stage. I really do like to deconstruct my mind and understand why i do whst I do. it’s about the mental battle of feeling "enough" right now, even before I reach my goals. I'm talking about the insecurity of showing my skin and the habit of wearing baggy clothes to disappear.
