In this video, I want to have a real, unfiltered conversation about the dangerous line between learning to love your own company and falling into the trap of chronic loneliness. Sharing a piece of my own truth—having been isolated for 8 years with zero friends or family to lean on, and noticing how it has actively decreased my communication skills—I wanted to break down why it is okay to be in a quiet chapter, but why you shouldn’t build a house there. We are fundamentally social creatures, and settling into prolonged isolation is a biological trap that keeps us completely stuck and shrinking ourselves just to stay safe. Let's talk about the reality of breaking out of our comfort zones, one small step at a time. If this video resonated with you, please subscribe and let's connect in the comments.
