This incredible chocolate cake is made in a PAN — no oven, no sugar, no flour! The secret? Simple oats! Perfect for anyone who wants to eat healthy without giving up pleasure. ✨ Try this easy recipe and you'll make it again and again! ⏱ Timestamps: 00:00 – Intro 00:50 – Ingredients overview 02:14 – Making the batter 03:36 – Cooking the pancakes 04:40 – Making the cream 06:42 – Assembling & decorating the cake 08:18 – Tasting & result Ingredients For the batter (pancakes): 2 eggs Stevia to taste ½ tsp baking powder 300 ml milk 90 g oats (ground into flour) 1 tbsp cocoa powder For the cream: 200 ml milk Pinch of salt Stevia to taste 1 tbsp starch 1 egg For decoration: Cocoa powder for dusting Instructions Batter: Whisk eggs with stevia and baking powder. Add half the milk (150 ml) and mix with a whisk. Grind oats into flour, add to the egg-milk mixture, mix well. Stir in the remaining milk to avoid lumps. Add cocoa, mix well. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes. Cream: Pour milk into a saucepan, add salt, stevia, starch and egg. Mix well and heat over medium heat, stirring continuously with a whisk until thickened. Remove from heat and let cool. Cook pancakes & assemble: Cook pancakes in a lightly greased preheated pan on both sides until golden. Spread each pancake generously with cream and stack them.
