Mix with the egg yolks and salt, and sweeten if desired. Quark cream: Blend the quark with the egg whites until creamy. Sweeten to taste. Fold in 50 g of finely chopped strawberries. Assemble & bake: Press half of the oat mixture into the pan. Spread the quark cream on top. Sprinkle the remaining oat crumbs over it. Slice 50 g of strawberries thinly and arrange them on top of the cake. Preheat the oven to 180 °C / 350 °F. Bake for 15–20 minutes.
