SNOW, SAND and OBSTACLES at the Brilliant Blyth Sands Race! - Al Pepper Runs

On Sunday I headed up the coast for a rather surreal adventure along a snowy Blyth beach! What sounded like a relatively simple out and back along the beach turned out to be an absolutely brilliant run including snow, sand, obstacles and a rather unique handicap system!
