100 not out. Yet! A spicy Dinton Pastures parkrun for blind runner Rachael and guide, Neal.
It's been a long time - but today Neal Jeffs and Rachael Elliott are back at Dinton Pastures parkrun. Today is a special week - it's Neal's 100th parkrun, of which nearly half of those Neal has been a VI guide. Rachael is a paratriathlete on the Great Britain squad, but has been injured for many months with a torn hamstring, so this is one of the faster rehab back to running runs yet. Don't miss the rollercoaster of a run in this week's video!
