AMAZING 100 Year Old Recipe! Corn Pudding/ Casserole Granny Lucy's Style🌹

This is my great granny recipe for corn pudding! I'm sure it's not exact as she didn't write it down, but I'm sure its close. I hope you enjoy tis old timey recipe! Buy my e-book : https://camirraskitchen.e-junkie.com/ or https://www.fatfreecartpro.com/i/11dr... Ingredients 3 cups fresh corn ( canned or frozen corn can also be used) 1 can creamed corn 1 1/4 cup heavy cream or evaporated milk 4 eggs 1/2 tbsp vanilla 1/4 tsp salt 5 tbsp butter 1/4 cup sugar (use more or less to taste) 1/2 tsp nutmeg ( less can be used if desired) 3 1/2 tbsp cornstarch There is little custard on this recipe as it is corn heavy. I love it, but if you want more custard simply use extra heavy cream and and additional egg. You could even use 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream and 4 eggs with this recipe ( not changing anything else) and it would add more custard. This recipe is not too finicky. It great room temperature to me.
