Everything to fill your home with love and comfort. ❤☕🏡 If you enjoy caring for your family and home, then sit back and let's spend this time together. 🍪🍪🍪Mini blueberry muffins recipe. • 100 g butter, room temperature • 180 g sugar • 2 eggs • 360 g flour • 10 g baking powder • 1/2 tsp salt • vanilla to taste • 250 ml milk • 200 g blueberries Crumble topping: • 3 tbsp flour • 4 tbsp sugar • 30 g butter Preparation: Whisk the butter with the sugar, then gradually add two eggs one at a time, stirring constantly. Sift the flour and add the baking powder. Add salt and vanilla to the batter. Then add the milk and flour alternately, stirring constantly. Finally, add the blueberries to the batter and mix with a spatula. Divide the batter among the muffin tins and sprinkle with crumble topping. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes. Adjust the temperature according to your oven. The crumble topping makes the muffins soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. 🥦🥦🥦Braised Cabbage. ~300 g white cabbage 1 onion 1 carrot Fry the onion and carrot in a frying pan until translucent. Add finely shredded white cabbage, season with salt, and simmer, covered, over low heat until tender. If the cabbage hasn't released any juices, you can add a little water.
