The beautiful golden autumn warms us with its rich autumn colors, inspiring us to create a cozy and unique atmosphere in our homes. Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of this golden season with warm hues, soft light, and natural elements that make every space special. In this episode, we're cleaning up the garden: clearing away any remaining vegetation and preparing a bed for planting garlic. Our house has sparkled with new colors after the facade renovation, and our Forest House is becoming cozier and more beautiful with each passing day. Enjoying the autumn days, I continue to create small, cozy details for the home. To top it all off, a delicious hot dinner of oven-baked rice with chicken. Join me for a cozy autumn day! #countrycooking #autumndecor #countryvlog Recipe: "Baked Rice with Chicken" 6 chicken thighs (boneless and skinless) Chicken seasoning Salt and pepper Rice - 500 g 3 small carrots 1 large onion 700 ml water 5-6 small or 3 large cloves of garlic Remove the skin and bones from the chicken thighs and marinate them in the chicken seasoning and salt. Fry the finely chopped onion, add the coarsely grated carrots, and fry until slightly translucent. Add the garlic, rice, spices, and salt. Lightly brown and transfer to a baking dish. Place the chicken thighs on top of the rice. Cover and bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes covered, then for an additional 30 minutes uncovered. Enjoy!
