What was supposed to be a smooth drive turned into an unforgettable adventure when we were stopped by the BRO (Border Roads Organisation) for over an hour due to a dangerous Maling Nala landslide. With my 7-year-old daughter and wife by my side, we braved the challenges of the high Himalayas. Finally, by 8 PM, we reached Kaza, completing our dream journey all the way from Jamnagar, Gujarat to the mystical land of Spiti Valley.
